Valentines Day 2019 served 4-8pm

Amuse: Pan seared sea scallop and sweet pea purée with smoked tomato coulis
Steak tartare, potato crisp micro greens
House-made lobster ravioli in a lemon cream sauce
With basil oil and beet chips
Frisée salad with fried prosciutto, shaved pecorino, pickled red onion, with poached pear-red wine vinaigrette
Grilled filet mignon with roasted marble potatoes and
basil pesto with rosemary demiglace and a skewer of marinated jerk shrimp and vegetables
Dark chocolate mousse, strawberry coulis, vanilla-lavender tuile
All ladies will receive a complimentary rose with dinner.
